These Terms & Conditions apply to promotions run by Arlo Pet Limited (trading as arlo.®) via its official social media channels.

1. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is Arlo Pet Limited, trading as arlo.®, United Kingdom.

2. Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta in any way.

By entering this giveaway, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to arlo.® and not to Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.

Each entrant completely releases Facebook, Instagram, and Meta from any liability associated with this promotion.

3. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

Employees of Arlo Pet Limited, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

Arlo Pet Limited reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and eligibility from any entrant or winner.

4. Promotion Platforms

This giveaway may be promoted and administered via arlo.® official social media channels, including but not limited to:

• Facebook

• Instagram

Unless otherwise stated, entry is valid only through the official arlo.® social media account running the giveaway.

5. Giveaway Period

The opening date, closing date, and winner announcement details will be stated on the relevant giveaway post.

Entries received after the stated closing time will not be counted.

6. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must complete all of the following steps stated in the giveaway post:

• Like the giveaway post

• Follow the official arlo.® page/account running the giveaway

• Tag two friends in the comments

Each comment tagging two friends counts as one entry.

Unlimited entries are permitted, provided each entry complies with the rules above.

Only entries that complete all required steps will be eligible.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

7. Entry Rules

Entrants must use their own genuine personal social media account.

Entries must not be submitted using fake, duplicate, or automated accounts, including accounts created solely for the purpose of entering the promotion.

Entrants must not submit excessive, repetitive, or spam-like entries. The promoter reserves the right to remove or disqualify entries that it reasonably believes are abusive, automated, or intended to manipulate the promotion.

Tagged accounts should belong to real individuals known to the entrant. Business pages, celebrity accounts, automated profiles, or accounts that do not belong to genuine individuals should not be tagged, and will not be counted.

The promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and entrants, and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

8. Prize

The prize will be as described in the relevant giveaway post.

The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

9. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.

If an entry is suspected to be fraudulent or invalid, the promoter reserves the right to disqualify it and select another winner.

10. Winner Notification

The winner will only ever be contacted by arlo.® via the official social media page running the giveaway.

arlo.® will never ask for payment, financial details, or banking information in order to claim a prize.

Entrants should ignore and report any suspicious messages, comments, or accounts claiming to represent arlo.® or announcing winners from unofficial accounts.

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

11. Prize Delivery

The winner must provide a valid UK delivery address.

Arlo Pet Limited is not responsible for delivery delays or losses caused by postal services or incorrect address information provided by the winner.

12. Publicity

By entering the giveaway, entrants agree that arlo.® may announce the winner’s first name and/or social media username on its website or social media channels.

13. Data Protection

Any personal information provided will only be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and delivering the prize, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

14. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arlo Pet Limited shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Right to Amend or Cancel

Arlo Pet Limited reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
