This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the arlo.® website and is operated by Arlo Pet Limited (Company No. 15650755).

Dispatch times

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery services

We use a panel of trusted UK couriers to ensure reliable delivery. The courier used for your order may vary depending on size, weight, and destination.

Delivery options available at checkout include:

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch

  • Express delivery: 1–2 working days from dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays or adverse weather.

Free standard delivery

Free standard delivery is available on orders over £25 and applies to:

  • Mainland UK only

  • Orders with a total weight of 10kg or less

Orders exceeding 10kg or shipping outside mainland UK may incur additional delivery charges, which will be shown at checkout.

Non-mainland UK & extended delivery areas

Delivery to the following locations is available but may incur additional charges and longer delivery times:

  • Isle of Man

  • Jersey

  • Guernsey

  • Isle of Wight

  • Northern Ireland

  • Scottish Highlands

  • Scottish Islands

  • Channel Islands

  • Remote and rural UK postcodes

Shipping costs for these areas will be calculated at checkout or confirmed separately if required.

Republic of Ireland

Delivery to the Republic of Ireland is available and may be subject to higher shipping costs and longer transit times. Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility passes to the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier networks, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
