Perfectly Simple...
Hello! I’m Brad Taylor – the founder of arlo.
I start by saying welcome, it’s really great to have you here.
arlo, is a real passion of mine, because I too have struggled in the mine field of pet supplies.
My journey started when trying to find a suitable food for my beloved K9 companions Floyd (Whippet) and Heidi (German Shepherd) – odd combo, I know!
These two poochies are a little sensitive, so we really struggled with finding the products we wanted, let alone all in one place… So, arlo was born! A place where you can get quality, uk made pet products and supplies, delivered to your door… Or stable!
The Taylor family is a bit of a domesticated menagerie. I have 2 dogs and 7 rescue battery farm chickens. In the family we also have 4 cats, multiple fish, 2 other dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs and 2 horses. A right mix up eh!
I note: they don’t all live in the same home!

Why arlo you ask?
Well… I mentioned that there are 2 other dogs in the family. Arlo (the dog) is another family doggie pal. A chocolate brown labradoodle, with great big floppy ears and a brown nose, that seems to find its way into everything! Day to day, you’ll find him doing the usual doggie stuff… but come the weekend he’s a therapy dog, visiting the elderly, children with special needs and people with dementia. Arlo (the dog) seems to sum up our company values perfectly – friendly, natural, supportive, and straightforward. He too has seen his fair share of pet shops in his time! So – arlo it was! (To differentiate on the family group chat, Arlo (the dog) is the only one with a capital ‘A’. If I could insert ‘eye roll’ emoji here, I would!)
